PAYMENT CONDITIONS

All transactions made are through the online payment merchant. The customer receives payment confirmation when payment details are entered and the ordering process is concluded.

We would like to advise that, however unlikely the event, orders may be subject to customs fees and duties, depending on where the order is placed. On orders with larger value than personal exemption laws permit in any given region, customs charges may apply. In those cases, the logistics company will usually collect the customs fee at your door.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

The estimated delivery time for a CUSTOM-MADE iTailor garment is between 5 to 8 working days. In rare cases the delivery might be subject to influences beyond our control, such as fabric availability or natural disasters. In those cases delivery might take slightly longer.

Your Tailor Made Shirts/guayabera/tie/bracelet are individually made, especially for you and are also packed individually (one Shirts/guayabera/tie/bracelet per one package). This means that if you have ordered more than one shirt/guayabera/ties/bracelet, you will receive the shirt/guayabera/ties/bracelet in different packages and different days depending on the shipping company. However, please be assured that delivery for your order will be completed within 5-8 working days even if the shirt arrives on different days or a different week. For example ,if you ordered 3 shirts,it will come 3 different days but within the delivery time promised.
